VENOM Bee Pollen™ & BEE TRANSFORMED®

Take 2 capsules in the morning with water.  It is recommended to take it approximately 30 minutes before breakfast, although if it causes an upset stomach, it may be taken with food.  If this is your 1st time taking the supplement, taking just 1 pill for the 1st 3 days is okay to see how your body reacts. Some people also find it beneficial to split up their capsules.  

Note: Venom has a maximum dosage of 4 capsules daily, most people start with 2 capsules and work their way up to 4 total (2 am & 2 pm).

Instructions: BOOST

Boost is an energy enhancer and pre-workout supplement with a mild appetite suppressant, so the “instructions for use” will vary from person to person. Up to 6 Boost capsules may be taken in a single 24 hour period.  Take 1 to 2 capsules as needed for energy throughout the day (Please note these give you an increased level of energy, it is not recommended to take this product after 3:30PM if not being used as a pre-workout). FOR PRE WORKOUT It is recommended to take it approximately 20-30 minutes before your workout, it is intended to be a fast release, and as long as your output of energy is strong enough, you will burn the energy enhancer out by the end of your workout (but it will still be working to strengthen your muscles, remove water weight, boost your metabolism).

Please make sure to drink plenty of water, you WILL crave water throughout the day, and water is necessary to activate the thermogenic properties of this product. You may combine this with any other Buzzing Along supplement safely (adjust serving size accordingly).

Instructions: Barricade

Take 1 capsule at least 20 min before a fatty meal with a glass of water.  You may take up to 3 capsules daily.  This product is not intended to be an appetite suppressant, but rather an immediate response supplement.  Please note to take this product only before a meal that contains unnecessary dietary fats (i.e. pizza, ice cream, cheesecake etc.) as your body does need healthy fats to function properly. **ALLERGIN warning – this product contains shellfish.

This product may be combined with any Buzzing Along Supplement

Instructions: Ignite 7-day Cleanse

Ignite is a 7-day internal cleanse. Take 1-2 capsules at bedtime with 8- 16 oz of water (for up to 7 consecutive nights). Do not repeat cleansing program for at least 4 weeks.  Begin use with half the recommended dosage and assess your tolerance (i.e. Start with 1 capsule). You may eat as you normally would, this is not a “fasting cleanse”.

This product may be combined with any other Buzzing Along product with the exception of Daily Detox. Both contain natural laxatives, which may cause intestinal and bowel discomfort if taken at the same time.

Instructions: Daily Detox

Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach with 8-16oz of water.  You may take day or night, however feedback has shown taking this product at night before bed has yielded better and faster results.

This product may be taken with any Buzzing Along product with the EXCEPTION of Ignite.  Please do not use this product in conjunction with the Ignite 7-day cleanse.  Both contain natural laxatives, which may cause intestinal and bowel discomfort if taken at the same time.
